Vegan silk. No silkworms harmed.

A strapless bandeau gown in warm rust-brown vegan silk, scattered with apricot blooms and fine botanical sprigs. Smaller sprigs run through the bodice and fuller blooms fall through the skirt, so the gown reads as one garden from top to hem.

The print was designed in-house by our designer, Bhavya.

It comes with a sheer rust cape dupatta, finished with a gold embellished border, so you can wear it two ways: the gown on its own, clean and bare-shouldered, or the cape draped over your shoulders for the evening.

The gown

• Strapless bandeau neckline with a fine gold zari trim along the top edge
• Fitted bodice, flaring from the waist into a flowing, floor-length sweep
• Fuller blooms placed through the skirt, so it moves like a garden in a breeze

The cape dupatta

Sheer and fluid, in deep rust, worn open over the shoulders like a cape and falling to the floor at the back. A gold embellished border runs along its front edges, with fine sequins worked through the lace.

The fabric

The gown is cut in vegan silk, with the soft lustre and fluid drape of silk, made without harming a single silkworm. It is light, breathable and wearable in every season. The cape dupatta is sheer and soft against the skin.

Care

• Gentle hand wash separately in cold water, or dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Dry in shade, away from direct sunlight
• Cool iron on reverse
• Store folded, away from direct light
