What if there is a problem with my outfit?
We have a return/replacement policy that allows you to address any concerns with your purchase within 3 days of receiving the parcel, provided it is in its original packaging. While we regret that customized outfits cannot be returned, we are more than willing to offer our assistance in resolving any issues you may encounter with the outfit.
